Return Policy

F Street Smart Products carries Zurn Elkay Water Solutions products. All returns and exchanges are handled directly by Zurn Elkay in accordance with their return policy guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within one year from the date of receipt for most products, with the following exceptions:

  • Water coolers and chillers must be returned within six months of receipt
  • A minimum return value of $250 is required for all returns

Elkay will replace all damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. For unwanted product, returns can be processed within 30 days of delivery. Prior to return, you must contact Elkay by email consumer@elkay.com or call 1-800-223-5529 to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization #.

Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization. The product must be returned to Elkay in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and components included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Product Condition

Items must be in resaleable condition, as determined by inspection upon receipt. If an item is found to be defective due to material or workmanship issues, it may be returned within its warranty period.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact your Zurn Elkay sales partner directly:

  1. They will provide instructions for returning the items, including Return Material Authorization (RMA) details
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of RMA issuance
  3. Clearly label all returned items with the corresponding RMA information
  4. All returns must reference the original purchase order (PO)
  5. Email consumer@elkay.com or call 1-800-223-5529

Documentation Requirements

To process your return efficiently, please provide:

  • Photos for all damaged products and products designated for destruction in field (DIF)
  • Photos for any RMA exceeding $5,000
  • Immediate notification of any shipping damage upon discovery
  • Shortage claims must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery (including jobsite deliveries)

Refunds & Fees

Once returned items are received and inspected by Zurn Elkay, a credit will be issued. Please note:

  • Credits are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Custom/special orders, made-to-order, discontinued, or obsolete items are not eligible for credit
